every year i booked this hotel but this year i shocked about the prices !!!! its increased more than doubles !!!
and their new policy about the booking ! if i want to reserve it should be included three meals !

The personnel were poorly trained. They couldn't take the orders, I was brought stuff I did not order. One of the staff left the door of the club car open and while he was passing by me speeding, the door hit my elbow.

Wow! I was not expecting this. The rooms were impeccable. The service was amazing. The concierge Filiz Hanım is a true gem—she made our stay unforgettable. I cannot say enough about our experience. Everything was superb.
