Location and activities
Check in - wait one hour for our room and at the end they change our room. We arrived at 3.15pm for check in and given room at 4.15pm.
Air conditioning in the room seems like never been cleaned.

Unfortunately the only saving grace for this resort was the one staff member, Marley, who was awesome. Super friendly guy, attentive with our little boy and even walked over to the small island with us to collect…
