Nothing because I didn't slept where I was supposed to slept I book early bt my name was not there when I arrived at Newcastle so I slept some where else I'm so disappointed I'm not satisfied the way things…

The place is very secure and clean.
The neighbouring couple played loud music at night, which disturbed my sleep. I think the staff should have called them out on it or have strict rules against this.
