I normally stay at this hotel when I come to Chennai. The staff members are really nice and helpful. The restaurant could be run more time efficiently though. Also would be better if they were open from 6am for breakfast…

I was denied entry to Chennai by the Indian immigration. A bad experience. Metroplace Hotel was not meant for me, Sorry
