Fantastic small, community run hotel
Great small, community run hotel.
Excellent local food at breakfast and dinner.
Staff were brilliant.
Room in main building was on the small size.
Parking was tricky but to be expected in a small Lakes village.

Very welcoming staff. Room was comfortable and a lovely king size bed. Breakfast was fresh and locally sourced. Good food served. Would definitely go again.

A world away from the busy roads and tacky tourist spots yet near enough for all that Lake District had to offer.
Friendly village pub with tastefully furnished and comfortable rooms. Excellent pub food with interesting options for vegetarians. Food and drinks are great value.
