The location is central of town, close to the beach
The hotel position is hard to entry, the car parking also hard to park, the stairs hard to come up for the old people. The door lock is nightmare for lock and open .

The property needed a little more maintenance - noisy leaking shower and front fly screen needs repairing in parts + a lock on the fly screen door would be good so as to keep the doors open at night for fresh…

Hot water ran out quickly within 10mins while I was having a shower.
