Location,close to station and St Albans
Grubby, stained sheets down stairs, stained sofa, broken toilet seat and shower head. No hairdryer but owner agreed for us to buy one but not convenient.

Central location. All rooms ensuite.
Cold. People constantly walk past front room window, so very little privacy. Blinds would help. Limited crockery and cutlery, which were not very clean.

The location was fairly central. It was good to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The first impressions of the property was terrible with overflowing bins...it looked like a squat, although after complaining the host did…
