Location is phenomenal. Just opposite the Corrigans beach, few minutes stroll to shops and cafes and few minutes drive to few other beaches or batemans bay. We were there in winter but i can see how enjoyable pool area…

We were in room 2 so it was very noisey both traffic and people up stairs.
