Beds need up dating no the most comfortable to be fair. Toaster needs replacing does the job but it looks rusty.

The beds were too soft for us and seemed well worn.
There is no sound proofing between the floors and was therefore noisier than we expected it would be.

Very nice and well equipped, very nice breakfast provided.
Noise transmitted from room above... Walking on the floorboards, etc. woke us periodically throughout the night, until about 3 am.
