Good selection of crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Sofas were uncomfortable as the cushions didn't stay in place when you sat on them.

It is exactly as shown. Everything is clean and tidy. Hot tub was great.
The fridge might need some attention as it didn’t cool very quickly or retain refrigeration. I didn’t report this as wasn’t a massive issue.

Lots of leaves surrounding the hot tub, very slippery and having to carry the bins quite a distance wasn’t great on our exit

2 bathrooms. Bottle of wine and chocs upon arrival. Dvd player. Hot tub (although did not use due to weather).
10am departure, as had to be up early to make breakfast and clean before departure.
