DongChina房间宽敞、适合旅居，但隔音需要改善。Spacious and good for an extended stay, but soundproofing needs improvement.
我在这里住了两晚，Grand Studio 约40平方米，房间宽敞，睡眠区与起居空间有简单分隔。宽大的木质书桌和高层落地窗是我很喜欢的部分，不论短期居住还是在房间里使用电脑办公，都比较舒适。虽然建筑和部分设施已有些年代感，但并不影响基本居住体验。两晚约460元人民币，整体性价比不错。
比较明显的问题是隔音较差，楼上的走动和其他噪声能够清楚听到，对休息造成了一定影响。如果酒店能改善隔音，这里会更适合住上一两周甚至更长时间。
