Cheep and cheerful, lovely staff. It was everything you could expect from a budget hotel.
Location was out of main Sandakan but we enjoyed the lack of tourists.

Del Grand Hotel non ha nulla. La stanza aveva un forte odore di naftalina, le lenzuola non erano pulitissime e il bagno, senza box doccia, si allagava completamente.
