The house was very cozy, and at the same time spacious. Had everything we needed plus more; the yard was fantastic. A short drive away from many wonderful locations in southern Utah.

Location was good. Nice farm in the backyard.
The attic area is very small. We hit our heads multiple times while moving around there. Also, lots of cockroaches were lying dead near the bed/window area.
