DenisePerfect location to get by public transport to Worthing or Brighton. Disabled parking was easy and free.
The room was overlooking the busy main road which was noisy all the time.

Decent stopover when visiting relations. Warm welcome with good parking advice. Our room was clean and functional, beds firm. Some road noise noticeable at certain times but not intrusive.
We enjoyed the view over lagoon…

LesleyIt was ok if you need somewhere in the area for a night. There was a lot of noise from the road and from the other guests, could hear the TV on one side and a conversation on the other.
