Check-in is from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs, while check-out is between 08:00 - 12:00 hrs. If arriving outside of the schedule, guests will be responsible for additional expenses for a private boat. Please note that guests booking Half Board Villas will be provided with breakfast and dinner. Full Board Villas includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room rate on December 31, is inclusive of New Year's Eve dinner for 2 people. Any additional guest is subject to an additional charge 1,200 Baht/person. Children aged 4-12 years (limited to 1 person) additional payment 850 baht/person. If arriving outside of the schedule , guests will be responsible for additional expenses for a private boat at 1,200 Baht / boat / trip.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
