In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking.
Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels.

overall good but needs little more care.
Breakfast quality good even for vegetarians. Room Space is less compared to their own hotel Khalifa Tower and no chair in the room makes it difficult for business traveller to work. Room cleaning service does not occur…
