部屋の清潔感がある。冷蔵庫が故障しているトラブルにも、嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれたこと。
冷蔵庫が故障していた点。翌日には交換対応されたが、性能はイマイチ。
また、帰りの香港駅までの無料バスのダイヤが十分な周知なく変わっていたので、しっかり周知してほしい。（結局、トラムで向かいました）
