Surfaces just needed a wipe, gritty feel on the kitchen counter possibly from the AC?? Otherwise still a nice apartment to stay in.

The balconies were not clean, they needed a good wipe down.
The stairs at the front door was not ideal with kids…

Very clean great position in town.
Had a few minor issues with the air conditioner,and the toilet press buttons were a bit sticky. Nothing too serious.
