Best location for shops, buses, place to eat and train station, 10 minutes walk and your on the beach. Everything you need for self catering. Very quite and relaxing Location.

Fan left in bedroom which was appreciated during the high temperatures of last week.
Patio as stated was path to front door of both flats.
Fan in bathroom needs cleaned. Floor in kitchen had not been cleaned thoroughly…

I enjoyed my stay at The Custards, and hope to book there again next time I head back to Shanklin.
Great little flat, exactly what I needed for a few days away. The welcome spread was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Comfy bed, a full kitchen, and stable wifi.
