The hotel is located on the Crescent Gardens which is next to Pay and Display parking bays. Hotel guests can buy a parking permit from reception on check-in for GBP 8 which covers the entire date of issue until 13.30 the following day. 2 multi-story car parks are adjacent to the hotel, and charges vary. The hotel has anti-allergenic 100% goosedown quilts, so please use the special request section to inform the hotel of any allergy/dietary requirements. For bookings of 4 rooms or more, the policy is as follows: If canceled up to 3 weeks before the date of arrival date, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in the case of a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Guests can bring their own travel cot but they must inform the property in advance. Please note that pets can only be accommodated in some Double or Twin room types, subject to availability and costs GBP 20 per stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
