Key pick up instructions were clear. apartment had good cutlery which we could cook basic food.
the apartment does not have elevator and is on 4th floor. this was a big problem with elders in my family.

No water , No Breakfast, No facilities at all ,Empty vending machines , Just a cold coffee only in the morning and they say that is the breakfast , host mentioned that he is working for his shift cannot do anything
