Shut do not book
It was completely shut when we arrived and had to find somewhere else to stay that evening, very inconvenient, if your not open then remove your hotel from this site.

The hotel was shut. Nobody there all licked up in darkness. Had to ring roundcto try and find alternative accommodation at short notice.

Said they hadn’t received the notification of my booking so had to prove it with the confirmation email. A really unfriendly welcome. Having been emailed after I had booked to say to bring my own wine to the restaurant…

Arrived at 4.30pm to check in on pre booked room and told that there wouldnt be anyone there until 8pm. So i ended up leaving this is ridiculous especially when they know someone is arriving,
