We stayed in room 1 on ground floor no door between hallway and bar making it very noisy with customers in bar at night

Too many stairs on the floors once you came out of the lift. 7 steps down and 7 steps up to the room. My husband I’d disables and struggled with the stairs. We were not told about them…
