The fine print
The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time. Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund. Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior. No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment. All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning. There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card. The property's office hours are: - Monday–Friday: 09:00 to 16:00 - Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00 - Public holidays: Closed after-hours Decor varies by room. The apartment floor level will be selected by the property based on availability.
