This can be done via SMS or email using the contact details on the booking confirmation. The Bright House is a nonsmoking property. If you or your guests do smoke, please ensure that you do so outside and dispose of your cigaret butts in the red-lid wheelie bin in the garage. If cigaret smoke is detected in the apartment, or the key/garage remote is lost, a $300 fee applies per item.
