Very disappointed
When we arrived at the property, it was closed and they had closed down the propert 1 month prior...they didn't even inform us about this before hand and we had to find a different place

Superb
Really nice setting overlooking the lagoon. You can swim from just outside, although the water is very shallow. The room was spacious and had a nice terrace area to sit out on. The staff were helpful.

Food wasn’t that great. The property is in nice peaceful position but maybe a bit too isolated.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was the best I’ve had provided by a hotel in Sri Lanka so far, our room was big and comfortable
The bathroom could use a little TLC as there were big water damage marks on the walls

Relaxing stay
Service was very good and the chalets were clean comfortable and air conditioned which helped with the heat. It was also quite close to amenities if needed in Kalpitiya.
The fans and switches need some maintenance
