Verified traveler晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。
吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。
修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，…
