タイミング悪く給湯器の故障がありシャワーは使えなかったが近くにネットカフェがあるのでそこで浴びた

1.住了三天，只有第一天有給毛巾，後面第二天和第三天想要新毛巾必須加錢，床單想要新的也是要加錢，雖然只是100日幣，但三天的住宿費我付一樣的錢，為何後面兩天就不能拿到新的呢？
2.廚房的垃圾桶外觀可以清潔一下，滿是污漬，每次丟完垃圾我都要洗一下手

Dormitory rooms are on the 3rd floor, while private rooms are on the 4th. Guests with large and/or heavy luggage may find it difficult to climb the stairs.
