1.舒適的房間，傢俱及家電，可貴的是有洗衣機和廚房，方便家庭旅遊；床鋪是兩張標準的雙人床。
2.地點距離機場車程僅5分鐘及走路到單軌電車站僅8分鐘左右。
3.老闆或聯絡人親切且服務周到，溝通順暢，而且可以代為預訂清晨計程車，方便旅遊行程及避免與計程車駕駛溝通問題。
CHIH CHIANG適合初到沖繩自駕的住宿點
適合沖繩旅行第一晚過夜，房間剩餘空間不大，幾乎只剩走道通行用，打開行李箱擺地上走路有障礙，尤其4人入住不適合回國前作行李整理，其餘設備新，環境稍偏辟，也僅適合自駕前往，一樓設有收費停車場，停車方便一晚1000。
