有名観光地に程近く（徒歩１０分程度）、飲食店もそこそこ近くにある。海が近く、散策にも良い。
洗濯機だけでなく、洗剤や干す道具もあり有り難い。食器類も一通りそろっていて、やはり洗剤・スポンジも完備されている。普段の日常生活を送るための最低限の装備は整っている。長期滞在も苦にならない。
