浴缸有點太小了不是很方便洗澡
CHIA TETW鄰近路面電車站，且原則上路面電車可以讓29寸的行李上下車
附近有 AEON 可以買東西回去煮，
房間內是使用IH電磁爐，只有一個；有提供洗衣機，洗衣精
有提供停車位，但本次沒有使用到
路面電車的班次稍少，但價格已經反映這一點

駐車場が無料。洗濯機があったこと。ハンガー類が多かったこと。食器が一通りあったこと。周辺が静かでよかった。
脱衣所がカーテンで仕切るだけだったのでびっくりしたが、一人での滞在だったため自分には問題なかった。複数人数での滞在の人には前もって知っておきたい情報かもしれない。

コンビニまで微妙に距離があった。
夜寒いが灯油の量が少なかったので心配だった。
陳TW可以搭市內電車旅遊特別方便，附近超市買東西特別方便，餐具齊全，可惜不沾鍋有一點刮傷，環境很單純，左鄰右舍完全沒有雜音，還會想要再次到訪的地方
超級安靜，距離電車站特別近，旁邊就是紅磚倉庫商圈，走路10幾分鐘可以到涵館山纜車站
柴油暖氣有一點味道，但還能接受
