The pools were a hit with the kids. They were heated and the mineral pools are open until 10pm so it was a great time to wind down when the kids are in bed. The staff were so welcoming and very helpful with our requests.…

No jug in the room, milk in the fridge and a freezer that leaked everywhere. We cleaned and sorted this ourselves. Weirdly no duvet covers on the bunk beds.
