Die Lage der Wohnung war extrem gut. Sehr ruhige Lage, Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen; Parkplatz für Auto vorhanden!

Steile Treppen, abends kam kalte Luft aus dem unbeheizten Spitzboden nach unten, da keine räumliche Trennung vorhanden. Bad relativ eng.
