A very clean, very comfortable apartment in a good location, but the heating doesn't work well.

Sticky kitchen appliances and countertop. Very dirty under sink. The outside deck needed cleaning and the outside chairs were ripped and unusable. Shower was scalding hot with no way to cool it.
