Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note that a 30% prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque before arrival to guarantee your reservation.
