預定時顯示為6樓，但實際要去1D CHECK IN，之後被安排住1樓，見房間正常就接受此安排，1樓得3間房，隔音好差，可能電視看唔到原因，預定時顯示有電視提供，入住後發現沒有遙控器，大媽職員十問九唔知，要我用普通話去同佢溝通，大大聲視像唔載口罩，要我晚上9點後再問返夜班的職員打發我，9點問另一位大媽，大媽竟然話電視壞左，我要求換房佢話間間房電視都壞的，我要求退房退錢，佢就死死氣…

どのゲストハウスはわかりにくいが、特にここはわかりにくかった。違うゲストハウスの窓口で受付とか、想定外。きちんとサイトに書いてほしい。かなり悩み迷った。正解は2Fの空間旅館って看板のところ。

カビだらけ
シングルルームを予約しました。
案内された部屋は受付がある建物とは別の場所にあり、居住用のマンションを無理やり改築している所でした。エアコンは付いていますがエアコン自体もカビだらけ。窓も開かないため、壁にもカビが繁殖しています。部屋はカビだらけであるため息が出来ません。非常に臭くて不衛生です。泊まったら病気になりそうなので別のホテルに移動しました。

Meget svært at finde check in. Ingen skiltning og personalet talte dårligt engelsk. Værelset var småt, men fint. Der var ingen håndklæder, hvilket vi havde forventet.
