Love Arrawarra, Cardow & partners easy to deal with. Surf break needs a good clean & update.
Location beautiful.
House was quite unclean, windows, screens, tracks, under furniture very dirty. Pans & frypans virtually unusable, needs updating. Amenities all need updating.
