The location is strategic, at the heart of town. Easy to get by. Plenty parking space. Lift is available at the hotel. Baby cot was provided for free if you request over the counter.

Not much.
There was no one at the reception at check out, even though you have to give a deposit for the key card.
Room needs some thorough cleaning and furniture etc is very old.
