The ceiling was falling apart , under mattress had hair , rough neighborhood, people next to us kept us up fighting and arguing... room had junk furniture in it and paint was eye sore.

Comfortable room just need a little maintenance.
Comfortable bed and air condition worked great, Room was cleaned every day. TV functioned as it should.
Shower floor was extremely sleepily. I need to have a matt or non-slip surface. Door sweep was broken and let in…
