Gute Erreichbarkeit mit OPNV, im Zimmer großer Flachbildfernseher, Klimaanlage funktionierte gut (hat drei Stufen und drei Modi). Man kann sie zwar ausschalten, aber ein Lüfter läuft immer.

Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Altstadt.
