CHIN-YUNG民宿地點佳，不管離車站或餐廳都不遠，而且環境安靜單純。冷氣冷得很快，又有電風扇助陣。而且浴室水量也很大。
唯二的缺點：（1）房間鋪設的木質地板有設計高低差，剛去時一直差點跌倒，不過久了就習慣了。（2）去住時剛好有蚊子，晚上被叮的很厲害，希望民宿主人以後在房間裡可以準備液體電蚊香之類的滅蚊器具。
