Cockroaches in every room, not enough towels for 6 people, no ceiling fans in living area, became way too hot, no face washers!

this apartment is billed as luxury apartment yet the kitchen, for example, was atrocious...the overn was from the 1990s! I know this to be true as I used to rent this…
