樓下有全聯，停車也很方便，位置離夜市跟市區都不遠洗澡水量超大又熱很舒服，床跟枕頭都很好睡，最棒的是寵物友善，去嘉義的第一首選

此次入住體驗感受不好，主要是因為空調設備與店家的應對態度。
一進房間就發現冷氣遙控器顯示沒電，當下即時向店家反應，店家卻回應「顯示沒電但遙控器可以使用」，講話態度非常酸。話說回來，這明明就是換個電池就能解決的小事，為什麼不直接處理好？沒想到房間內的冷氣隨後又明顯不夠涼且空氣悶熱，向店家反映後，店家親自來看，竟然荒謬地表示「她自己覺得涼」，完全無視客人的真實感受與訴求。隨後店家…

浴室乾濕分離，水壓很夠，水溫穩定。休息區小餅乾和茶包種類多。工作人員都很親切。地點離火車站及福義軒成功店很近，走路都可以輕鬆到。

停車上下通道很難開，要很小心，進房後一開始有霉味！廁所蠻小的！隔音非常的不好！

這次入住的是和式四人房，很開心能找到很自在帶寵物入住的地方。攜帶寵物入住時需先支付1000元的押金，這也提醒了我們在入住時需要遵守規則，我覺得蠻好的。
房間大小適合，清潔度也ok，但需要注意房間角落仍不免有疏忽。隔音尚可，但若有其他旅客在走廊上拖行李，及早上打掃的情況，聲音蠻明顯，如果家裡的寵物較敏感易被打擾。
