The staff was super friendly and welcoming. You can make your own coffee and tea all day long, and you can refill your drinking water bottle. The bed was comfortable and the area is fairly quiet, so I slept well.

Location was good.
No hot water AT ALL during my 6 night stay! It was fine for $AU32 per night i suppose but i cant see where ppl get the "very good" ratings from. Would search elswhere for my next trip.
