最滿意的是員工都很友善。蠻多打工資訊的，可能適合打工仔。地理位置也不錯。有可愛貓咪，貓咪拯救世界。
噪音：睡在走廊底（靠街邊），又睡在床邊，超！級！吵！尤其大家會去Freo應該大部分都是假日，party time真的超級吵到很晚！窗戶是關不緊的！本身不怕吵哪裡都能睡的人但要被打敗了。
環境：偏髒亂，沙發很多都凹陷，廚房總是像炸過，浴室跟廁所就普通，房間床鋪要自己鋪，被子有一點黏…
