הבית לא ממוזג כמו שכתוב, יש מזגן בחדר בקומה עליונה ומאווררים ביתר הבית.
המון מדרגות עד שנכנסים לדירה.
חניה ברחוב על בסיס מקום פנוי בלבד. אין הרבה חניות אבל הסתדרנו.
