新神戸からも三宮からも近くて便利。
シャンプー、ドライヤー、炊飯器が設置されている。
炊飯器があったおかげでお米を炊くことができた。
洗濯機が壊れていて、その対応が後手後手だった。
建物が古いせいか、窓からの隙間風がひどい。冬は寒くて、エアコンを26度で強風にしても室内が暖かくならない。
キッチンは付いているが、調理道具が不足している。
