La ubicación es excelente, muy limpio y muy fácil acceder.
Al ser una calle muy céntrica y de bastante afluencia de gente joven le recomendaría al propietario una buena insonorización y ya seria perfecto.

Das Apartment liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, daher ist es auch spät abends noch laut. Dies bringt halt eine zentrale Lage mit sich.
