Isolation (trou qui donne sur le trottoir) / Salle de bain pas adapté (douche qui fuit et pas de VMC) / Éclairage non fonctionnel et mobilier cassé.

La propreté et l'état de l'appartement sur le bord du trottoir sans double vitre on croirait un appartement à prostitution avec des mauvaises odeurs.
