La cercanía al centro de la ciudad, está todo equipado.
El estacionamiento es un poco incómodo sobre todo si tienes un coche grande, no tiene ventilación x lo que yo que soy alérgica si sentí mucho el olor a ácaros.

La ubicación, la limpieza, y en general toda la estancia fue muy cómoda. Estuvimos muy a gusto y la casa esta equipada con todo lo necesario. El tener parking es un gran punto.
